Our company operates in the field of "COMPUTER PROGRAMMING ACTIVITIES" and is committed to ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and protection of all physical and electronic information assets. The information and information security requirements will align with our corporate goals. The management of our company is open to change, will employ well-trained and competent personnel, secure financing to compete with our competitors in the industry, and maintain the necessary hardware and infrastructure. This infrastructure and personnel, along with the required financing, will be provided. Business continuity and emergency plans, data backup procedures, virus and computer hacker avoidance, access control systems, and information security breach reporting will form the cornerstones of our core activities. Identified vulnerabilities and threats from risk assessments will be eliminated to provide secure access to the information of our customers and employees.

Additionally, through the results of risk assessments, our objectives will be determined, and the necessary resources and conditions for achieving these objectives will be provided.

To implement this policy, we expect our employees to integrate the Information Security Management System conditions into their work habits. All staff and specific third parties will receive appropriate training on the Information Security Management System.

Applicable conditions related to information security, as well as the opportunities and requirements brought by these conditions, will be fulfilled, and these conditions will be continuously improved. Furthermore, the adaptation of our company, our personnel, and all relevant parties to this system will be ensured.

Our Information Security Policy is reviewed annually or in the event of significant changes related to our company, with the participation of management and unit responsible, to ensure its compliance, accuracy, and effectiveness, and is updated accordingly.
