Recruitment Process

We aim to keep our recruitment process straightforward, transparent and respectful of candidates’ time.

1. Application Review

We review your experience, technical background and interests in relation to the position.

2. Initial Interview

We get to know each other, discuss your experience and career goals, and introduce Runitas and the role.

3. Technical Interview

Depending on the position, this may include a technical discussion, case study or practical assessment.

Our goal is not to test how many things you can memorize. We want to understand how you approach problems and how you think.

4. Final Interview

You meet with the relevant team and management to discuss expectations, responsibilities and mutual fit.

5. Offer & Onboarding

Successful candidates receive a formal offer followed by a structured onboarding process designed to help them become productive and comfortable within the team as quickly as possible.
